This villa features an open kitchen equipped with essential appliances. The dining room seamlessly connects with the living area. Step outside to find a partially enclosed plot. A covered terrace provides a wonderful spot to admire views of the garden and pool. The private pool, measuring 8 m x 4 m and secured by a sliding dome, boasts a solar energy shower and sun loungers. The pool house includes a storage room for bicycles. Additionally, there's a boules strip for your enjoyment.



The villa is located 300 m from the village's centre in a quiet setting. Nearby you can visit Orange and its Roman Theatre, Avignon, famous city of the Popes, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and the famous antiques and Provencal market. Fontaine de Vaucluse and of course you climb (or drive) up to the famous Mont Ventoux.



You will also be able to easily visit the famous villages for their "Côte du Rhône" or "Côtes du Ventoux" vineyards: Beaumes de Venise, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Sablet, Séguret etc as well as the charming and picturesque villages of Luberon: Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes.



Please note: A couple, the caretakers, reside nearby with their two dogs, but their living space is independent, and they do not use the pool or the villa's facilities.
