Accommodation
In this ground-floor dwelling, a serene base combined with a recurring accent color creates a sense of tranquility and unity. The tastefully furnished living room boasts a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, strategically positioned near the television for relaxing evenings. The robust dining table accommodates six people, forming the centerpiece for shared meals and convivial gatherings.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. Whether you're preparing a quick meal or indulging in extensive cooking, you'll find everything you need here. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200cm). Both bedrooms feature nightstands and ample wardrobes. Families with young children can avail themselves of a crib.

The bathroom is stylish and functional, featuring a separate shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are also available in the accommodation.
From the living room, step directly onto the beautiful terrace overlooking the meadow, a haven of peace and relaxation spread across 20 square meters, basking in a southern exposure. The terrace is furnished with a cozy table surrounded by five comfortable chairs, perfect for dining or unwinding with a cup of coffee in the morning sun.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
