The 'Piccionaia sul Lago' is a lovely lake-view flat, located in a 15th-century building that has been renovated and furnished with care according to tradition.
It consists of: entrance hall with hallway leading to a staircase to the upper floor where there is a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Available, a few steps from the flat, is a garden for exclusive use furnished with outdoor furniture and private uncovered parking.

The wonderful flat is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.
The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.

The harbour of Gargnano is a 15-minute drive away. There you can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of dreamy walks on the beach with orange trees, excellent gastronomy and a passion for sailing.
You can explore the nearby artificial lake of Valvestino or the more distant Lake Iseo. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Bogliaco golf course, the third oldest in Italy, overlooking the lake. At the port of Gargnano you can regularly use the Lake Garda ferry service and discover the Veneto side of the lake without the hassle of traffic. The nearest larger towns, such as Limone sul Garda (to the north) and Salò (to the south) are both about 15 minutes away by car. During the season between September and May, opera lovers can take the fast train from the provincial capital of Brescia to the famous Milano Centrale station in 30 minutes and enjoy a visit to the world-famous Teatro alla Scala.

Numerous bathing spots along the western shore invite you to swim in Lake Garda. The harbour in the historic centre of Gargnano offers the possibility to rent boats. From here, it is also possible to explore Lake Garda and its shores by ferry. In half an hour you can reach the famous town of Malcesine on the eastern shore with its historic castle complex. A cable car takes you from Malcesine to the summit of Monte Baldo, which is over 1,700 metres high and enjoys great popularity as a ski resort in winter.
Surfers and sailors particularly love the wind and weather conditions prevailing in the northern, almost fjord-like part of Lake Garda, especially in Riva del Garda. The southern part of Lake Garda, on the other hand, is characterised by the Mediterranean climate. The largest town of Lake Garda - Desenzano - is located on the southern shore and attracts numerous visitors due to its location and wide shopping offer. Not far away is the amusement park 'Gardaland', very popular with families and children, which offers attractions such as roller coasters, Legoland and the SeaLife aquarium. Verona, east of the lake, is particularly popular with visitors for its ancient arena and historic centre.
A day trip to Venice is also recommended, but not necessarily in the busier summer months. If you wish to immerse yourself in the charm of the cultural and fashion metropolis Milan, you can reach us from the railway station in the capital of Brescia by express train in 30 minutes.
