Trotz bestätigter Buchung des Velo 2 Appartments war der Schlüsselkasten abends bei unserer Ankunft leer. In der Bar unter dem Appartment erfuhren wir, dass der Eigentümer insolvent sei. Erst nach einem über 2 stündigen Telefonat mit der Hilfe Hotline, die trotz deutscher Sprachauswahl nur auf Englisch verfügbar war, wurde uns bestätigt, dass unsere Buchung storniert werden konnte und der Betrag erstattet werden würde. Das Ganze war eine Horror-Erfahrung.
