The distance to the first beach is 100 meters. Swimming on the Molo in front of the house is also possible for swimmers. In the neighborhood are several restaurants, shops, phone booth, taxi and bus stop. There is a large children's playground in front of the house. The kitchens are modern and equipped with the dishwasher. The courtyard with beer set and fireplace, between the apartments, can be used by arrangement.
