Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Was uns gestört hat war der sehr verkalkte Wasseroberfläche und fehlendes Mittel um den Kalk selbst zu beseitigen. Außerdem war rein garnichts an den typischen Dingen da, die eigentlich zur Ausstattung dazu gehören sollten, wie Mülltüten zum wechseln, Kaffeefilter und Toilettenpapier. Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Eingangsbereich, die Zimmer sind daher recht warm. Wenn man den Hausmeister braucht, wird dieser recht zügig gerufen. Kurtaxe weicht ab.

Preis Leistung top. Lage benötigt PKW

Liegt eigentlich nicht weit von Rabac Promenade etc entfernt. Allerdings ist durch die geographische Lage (Steilhänge direkt vom Meer weg) immer ein PKW notwendig. Apartment war ganz nett und ganz i.O. wenn auch nix besonderes. Auf jeden Fall sauber.

Top Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Einzigartig ist der Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Ruhe und trotzdem die Nähe zum Strand fanden wir sehr gut. Die Betreuung vor Ort funktioniert sehr gut, man muss allerdings Englisch können. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen allerdings im Bad Haken für Handtücher im Bad. Die Kinder fanden natürlich den Pool am besten. Dieser konnte einfach über die Balkontür erreicht werden.

Wohnung Nr. 12. Toller Ausblic...

Wohnung Nr. 12. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer. Idyllische Lage. Sehr gepflegte Außenansicht des Objektes, schöner Pool. Kfz–Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Bessere Sauberkeit wünschenswert. Für eine Wohnung mit bis zu 6 Gästen sind 1 Weißweinglas, 1 Rotweinglas, 0 Biergläser definitiv zu wenig. Fehlende Handtuchhaken in Küche und Bad. Fehlende Küchenutensilien. Zu spartanisch und wenig liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung (leider). Hoher Einstieg in die Dusche (Sturzgefahr). Keine Toilettenpapierthalterung. Fehlendes Starterpaket wie wenigstens halbe Toilettenpapierrolle, Spüllappen, paar Tropfen Spüli. Keine Zahnputzbecher, Topflappen, etc. Mangelnde Elektrik in der Wohnung. Bei Nutzung von mehr als 2 Kochplatten plus Dunstabzug, fliegen die Sicherungen raus. Vollwertiges Gericht kochen ist nicht möglich, außer man stellt zum Kochen das Warmwasser und den Kühlschrank ab, benutzt während dessen auch nicht den Fernseher, den Herd oder die Mikrowelle. Mit ein klein wenig mehr Blick auf Gemütlichkeit (z. B. indirektes Licht bzw. Stehlampe im Wohnbereich anstatt nur das ungemütliche Deckenlicht), könnte man den Urlaubern viel mehr Wohlgefühl vermitteln. Schade für dieses sonst schöne Wohnung. Reisetipps: Sehr sehenswert: Wanderung Wasserfall Rabac/Labin. PlitvicerSeen. Altstädte Rovinj, Pula. Kap Kamenjak.Rabac selbst und Labin direkt daneben sind top. Rabac eher touristisch und Labin gemütlich, mittelalterlich. Rabac bietet eine sehr schöne Strandpromenade, viele Wassersport– und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist sehr gepflegt mit super Stränden, Felsküste und Buchten sowie kristall–klarem Wasser. Restaurants und Supermärkt sind mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant ist das Rapcanka in Rabac (lecker Muscheln und Rindfleischgerichte).
