Villa 'Architect's house with pool and sauna by the forest'



My self-built and freely planned architect's house from 2019 is a great attraction, especially for families with children - located directly by the forest, with a private pool, barbecue area, outdoor sauna, sandpit, bicycles and its own playground.



There is a lot to discover here on 172 square meters of living space with 5 rooms. The outdoor area offers 1100 square meters with direct access to the forest, without a road - pure nature. Here children can play on their own and animals can roam freely.



Please note the following BEFORE booking:

1. the house is video-monitored in the outdoor area.

2. loud parties or events are not permitted. Please no fitters.

3. the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are children's rooms and are equipped with bunk beds. Please contact us on 0173-7063421 if a booking for more than 6 adults is planned.

4. please take note of my house rules before arrival. After the booking I will contact you and provide you with the documents.

5. the house is located near the forest, it is allergy friendly with central ventilation system.

6. complete darkening is only possible in the bedrooms.

7. the staircase to the upper floor has no railing, it is secured with child safety rails.

8. there are personal belongings of my children and myself in the house. It is not just a vacation home. Therefore, it offers a very versatile and high-quality equipment with everything your heart desires.

9. the utility room and the garden shed behind the house are not part of the rental property, as they must be accessible to me for maintenance tasks.

10. dogs are welcome on the first floor and in the garden.

11. it is possible to charge electric vehicles, use the sauna and rent (electric) bicycles.

- E-Bike payment 25,00 € per day

- Train station shuttle payment 20,00 € per ride

- Pet allowed payment 10,00 € per pet per night
