Charming waterfront vacation home with sea access!

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a pool. Enjoy the view of the canal. A dock invites you to linger by the water, there is also a terrace by the pool and by the water. The canal offers direct access to the Caloosahatchee River (without bridges) and the sea. You can also use the public boat ramp and kayak ramp just 2 minutes from the house. The pool is not heatable but pleasant to swim most of the year due to the summer temperatures. The kitchen is fully equipped. The area is an excellent fishing area. The house is located in Fort Myers Shores and you have easy access to all local amenities such as a supermarket and the Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill around the corner as well as trendy downtown Fort Myers with its many restaurants, bars and small shops on the water.

Definately charming

This house has lots of character. It's definitely not a newer home and could use a little TLC/updating, but over all it was a good place for our family. We would book it again.

Good bang for the Buck

Nice size house for a 2 bedroom. Master could work great if you need a couple young kids in the second bed. It worked fine for the week we needed. Its a well rounded comfy house.

Nice place, good location

Stayed here for 6 nights in march 2025 with our 3 & 7 year olds and had a good experience. First impressions were it was a lot bigger than expected. The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, soaps, and such. Everything you would expect to have at home was there. The pool was clean, it could use a scrub around the coping and waterline but I put that on the pool cleaners. Also it is not heated, which was not a problem as it was a known fact. Just would be nice. We still made use of it as the temps permitted. Overall it was a great place for us. A lot of house and amenities for the price for the area. The host was responsive when we contacted her. We would stay here again.
