Cosy 3-room old building flat in a traditional Viennese townhouse built around 1903. The flat is on the 1st floor and has a fully equipped kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. As is usual in the old Viennese town houses, there is a bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. The WC is located in a separate room.
In room 2 there is a double bed 1.60 metres wide, in room 3 a double bed 1.80 metres wide and in the smaller bedroom a bed 1.40 metres wide. This room is in a quiet location with a view of the inner courtyard.
Directly opposite the house is the underground (line U6) as well as a bakery and a supermarket, tram (lines 40, 41 and 42) and Citybike station around the corner, nice restaurants within walking distance (burgers, Indian, Italian, cafés, Austrian home cooking, vegan, etc.), in 10 minutes in the old town or on the Danube Island.
Everything your heart desires can be found in the immediate vicinity:
From daily necessities (ATM, farmers' market, clothing, bookshop, florist, toys) to sightseeing and culture (Volksoper, Vienna's English Theatre, Palais Liechtenstein, Votivkirche) and health (pharmacy, general hospital, personal trainer, yoga studio).
