The condominium was built on a land of 10, 000 m2, and has a huge pool with almost 400 m2 of water depth, 4 lanes for swimming, hydro massage pool, in addition to 80m2 of wet edges with sun loungers for your complete relaxation and recreation. It has a ballroom, bar, kitchen, steam and dry sauna, showers, rest room, and a lounge with a pool table and bar, with 4 barbecues and 2 wood-fired pizza ovens.
Armed volleyball net in grassy area or swimming pool that contains rays. 2 car spaces per house are foreseen in the condominium parking lot.

Estadia em geriba

Condominio muito bom, organizado funcionários educados. Casa espaçosa com privacidade. Funcionaria que contratamos para nos atendeu muito simpática e eficiente. Só tivemos um problema com o chuveiro da suíte que não tinha muita pressão. Adoramos a estadia. Obrigado a todos que nos acolheram
