Breezy Daze is a wonderful condo with a terrific 3BR, 2BA layout, a well-equipped kitchen, and great light. We loved the location on Caswell Beach, and Oak Island Beach Villas is a lovely property. Sadly, the rental company the owners use, Better Beach Rentals, leave much to be desired. The condo wasn't very clean (the balcony was actually filthy, I found unwashed cutlery in the kitchen drawers, and there were squashed bugs and other stains on the walls. Also, Better Beach Rentals told us we would find our parking and pool passes in their drop box on Sunday night, as we arrived on Oak Island late. The passes weren't there, so we had to make an extra trip the next morning. I wish the owners of Breezy Daze rented through a different third party, because the condo is truly magnificent.

OLD-DARK-DIRTY CONDO

I don’t know how this has so many positive reviews. You literally had to turn sideways to walk into bathroom- (no pics of just bathrooms for a reason- WARNING) your feet are black from walking around- the sheets are so scratchy and cheap! Roach found in kitchen! This place was disgusting! So old…so small…-SO DIRTY- so dark! I’ve never been so happy to leave vacation…so disappointed in this location!

Great location!

This is a great family spot!! We fell in love with Oak Island and Southport and found this unit to be a great jumping off point for so many activities. The unit is on the small side and would have been nice to have a king bed, but overall was clean, good water view and very comfortable!
