Lake Constance is 5 minutes away by car or bike. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house and a locked bicycle garage.

It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bright bedroom - living room with double bed and sofa bed from which you can access the sunny terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area is designed in warm natural wood, a cosy sofa bed offers space for 2 children.
The flat has a spacious entrance area and a large bathroom with shower.

The sunny terrace with dining area is quietly situated in the mature garden.
The lake forest is only 200 metres away where you can go jogging or walk the dog
Bakers and supermarkets are just round the corner.

If you want, you can leave your car and explore everything by bike. There is a locked bicycle garage for our guests and a wallbox for electric cars - of course with green electricity.

The flat is ideal for families, there is the possibility to use the sofa bed in addition to the double bed in the bedroom or alternatively the sofa bed in the living-dining area for those who prefer to sleep in separate rooms.
