Première fois dans cet appartement, normalement on séjourne dans un à l'étage... Logement PMR, malg

Pros: Première fois dans cet appartement, normalement on séjourne dans un à l'étage... Logement PMR, malgré cela la douche n'était pas pratique pour la personne en fauteuil roulant (trop longue, pas assez large et met de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain). Accès au jardin agréable et pratique quand on a un petit animal qui accompagne la personne handicapée (merci de l'avoir accepté). Appartement bien équipé (machine à laver la vaisselle et le linge, cafetière, machine à raclette, moulin à légumes/hachoir...) ce qui rend la vie plus simple et appréciable. Dommage pour la bouilloire qui était inutilisable tout comme l'ouvre boîte. La literie était très confortable (oreillers un peu durs à mon goût mais il en faut pour tous les goûts.) Partie salon pas super spacieuse surtout pour ceux qui sont plus de 4 (avec ou sans fauteuil roulant) ou/et avec des enfants en bas âge. Bruit provenant de l'étage présent mais supportable quand les gens sont respectueux. Niveau linge de maison fourni, la personne de la conciergerie qui nous a reçu nous a dit que normalement ce n'était pas le cas! elle nous a quand même donné quelques draps/serviettes de toilette (pas assez pour tous les lits, mais heureusement qu'on en avait prévu 1 ou 2 de rechange) mais pour de ce qui est du linge de cuisine, on n'en a pas vu la couleur. Pour la vue sur la montagne, il faut être dehors dans le jardin, donc en période d'hiver on n'en profite pas. La partie pelouse visible vu qu'on n'a pas eu de neige, est complètement endommagée par la présence de taupinières, c'est vraiment dommage. Dans l'annonce de location, c'est écrit 2 produits locaux d'offert: pas trouvé, pas reçu !?! Remarque pour la copropriété: le déneigement/déglaçage de l'entrée/parking serait un plus surtout avec le prix des charges que doivent payer les propriétaires. Impraticable avec un fauteuil roulant, glissades dangereuses pour la personne qui le manœuvre !
