From your holiday apartment in La Tranche-sur-Mer, you won’t have far to go to reach the magical panorama of the long sandy beaches. What’s more, this little corner of the Atlantic coast benefits from exceptional sunshine! For shopping addicts, a few minutes is all you need to reach the town centre of La Tranche-sur-Mer on foot.

But this charming little seaside resort is also very well located. Just an hour’s drive away, you can be wowed by the Puy du Fou’s Cinescenie, an incredible night time show. Cross just one bridge - and you can walk peacefully through the charming flowered lanes of the Ile de Re. Alternatively, you can set off to admire the old stones of the famous Boyard Fort, which lies just off the coast of the Ile d’Aix (when it isn’t disturbed by guests from the TV show!). A cultural pitstop at the La Rochelle aquarium, to visit the 12,000 sea creatures from more than 600 different species, you’ll certainly learn a thing or two!

Parking: Please be aware that this residence no longer provides on-site parking. Guests are required to use paid parking outside the residence.

Not Included:Deposit: 300 € per accommodation, refundable upon departure after a property inspection. This deposit is mandatory to secure your reservation and must be paid via a bank card imprint. Please note that bank cheques are not accepted for deposits.Tourist Tax: The residence is subject to a variable tourist tax, calculated based on the total cost of your stay, the number of nights, and the number of adults and children. Rates are subject to change according to current regulations.
Pool Hygiene Requirements:Proper swimwear is required (traditional swimming trunks, one-piece, or two-piece swimsuits).For hygiene reasons, long overalls, swim shorts, and loose-fitting clothing are not permitted.Only approved swimwear is allowed in the pool area.
Additional Note: Youth groups and parties are not permitted.
