Guest Room 'Chez Brigitte et Sylvain' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In Annecy, in a quiet neighborhood, our guest room welcomes up to 6 people. You will be the only guests and can enjoy one or two rooms: Semnoz (35 m², double bed, TV lounge, desk) and Bauges (23 m², 2 single beds, lounge accessible from 4 guests). Shared private bathroom (shower/WC). Air-conditioned house, fiber Wi-Fi, 2 extra beds and a child booster seat available. Garden, terrace, and heated outdoor pool (June 15–August 30) with shelter and shower. Table d’hôtes on reservation. Two parking spaces, bike/ski garage, electric charging station, beach towels, pets allowed. City center and lake 6 km away: direct bus 400 m or cycle path. Station/airport shuttles available on request and for a fee. Friendly welcome, non-smoking house, meals not allowed in rooms. An independent cat lives on site.

Depending on the number of travelers, you have access to one or two spacious rooms with mountain views: the 35 m² Semnoz room includes a double bed, a lounge with flat-screen TV, and a desk; the 23 m² Bauges room, available from 4 guests, offers 2 single beds and a lounge. The rooms share a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two extra beds can be added on request. The house is air-conditioned and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available. A booster seat for young children is provided.



In the evening, dinner is available on request for an additional fee.



Enjoy the private garden and terrace to relax by the outdoor pool, open in summer from June 15 to August 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The pool has a telescopic cover for heating and safety, as well as an outdoor shower.



You have two parking spaces on site. Pets are allowed. A garage is available for storing bikes and skis. Beach towels, an electric vehicle charging station, and children's books are provided. Events are not permitted. Airport and train station shuttles are available for a fee.



The historic center of Annecy and the lake, located 6 km away, can be reached by direct bus (stop 400 m away) or by bike via a cycle path.

Check-in from 5 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m. Non-smoking house, meals not allowed in the rooms. An independent cat lives on site with its own access.
