On the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Modica, 20 km from the centre of Ragusa, in the district Contrada Michelica, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2, wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with salt water and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Volleyball court, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.3 km, shopping centre 2.4 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 2 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Modica" 7 km, sandy beach "Pozzallo" 20 km.
