Great area

Our unit had major problems with the fire alarm, went off. 3 times. First time was for over 1/2 an hour. Property management responded quickly and moved us to a nicer unit.

Great location in Jackson

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit just as described and pictured on the site. Clean and comfortable with good access to downtown Jackson. Customer service was responsive and helpful with any questions.There was a problem with the central hot water system in the building two days, but Apex did give us a credit on our account as a good will gesture for the inconvenience.

Lovely condo

the stay was lovely and the condo wonderful! Our original condo had issues and they seamlessly moved us to another one. The only issue was no elevator. Other than that, this was a luxury condo in a wonderful location.

Exactly as represented. Wonderful.

Perfect location for enjoying Grand Teton National Park. Unit was clean and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Downtown is walkable but there is plenty of free parking if walking at this altitude is not something you’re used to. Would definitely go back.
