Amazing!!
My family and I had a great time. This lodge is the perfect place to get away with family and friends. The staff was the best we have seen in Nicaragua and the grounds and lodge were spectacular!! The staff joined us in our search for sloths (we found three), accompanied us horse back riding, guided us to the local falls, and assisted us in cooking. I can think of no suggestions for improvement. Thanks to the home owner and staff for a wonderful stay.

Amazing view and landscape
We had the opportunity to visit this beautiful coffee farm on our trip to Nicaragua for the holidays. The tranquil atmosphere and cozy wooden house was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time with the family. We had the pleasure of sharing family meals, playing games, roasting marshmallows, watching movies, and talking on the expansive patio. The property was also surrounded by native vegetation perfect for hiking. A short car ride can also take you to impressive natural wonders, including the Santa Emilia waterfall. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend paying a visit to this property situated in a tropical paradise!

Glorious Retreat - Great for a family / small crowd of friends
Our visit to the finca was lovely and as the pictures do not do it justice it exceeded all expectations. The owner built his paradise with great care which is evident in the siting, design/layout, and choice of stone and wood materials. The cook Mercedes was amazing. The other staff were extremely helpful. We loved sitting out and enjoying the beautiful air and the view over the mountains. We had fun with the games and video library. We used the stay to reconnect, read, and rejuvenate. There is not a lot to do but there is enough to do. The only issues we had were with hot water and accessing the main building during the night. At some point it gets locked, plan ahead and bring drinking water to the bedroom buildings when you tuck in.
