This beautifully appointed home offers a luxurious and comfortable environment for relaxing with friends or family. This unit is a two-bedroom self-contained apartment on two levels with separate entrance in a house that also has another completely separate 2 bedroom,1 bath apartment (VRBO #588262) upstairs.

This apartment has a spacious main floor living room and travertine dining table that seats 8 - the perfect gathering place for your group. The well-equipped main kitchen includes two ranges, oversized refrigerator, dishwasher, and separate ice maker – perfect for cooking and entertaining. Sliding doors from the main dining area lead to a large, furnished screened-in porch that includes an additional dining table and comfortable seating areas. Both kitchen and porch open to a rear deck and large outdoor gas grill. This apartment has a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom, another main floor full bathroom, and large lower-level bedroom with king bed.

The apartment is furnished with contemporary furniture and high-end finishes - comfortable seating, granite countertops, and ceiling fans throughout. There is an outdoor shower featuring slate flooring and a lava pedestal sink and mirror. The apartment has a washer and dryer, central air conditioning with separate controls, two HDTVs, and wireless internet.

In Rehoboth, location matters - and this property is on the east side of Route 1, one block from Silver Lake, a quick 4-block walk to the beach and boardwalk and a 0.75 mile walk to the heart of Rehoboth Ave with its wonderful dining and shops. We park our cars and walk everywhere. For those wanting a lift, the Jolly Trolley stops at the corner of our street. Our property has ample parking space and two are allocated for use by guests of the apartment. Guests provide their own linens and towels and often rent those items from 227rent.com. The service delivers and picks up from the property.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable

And this stay was the best decorated cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The artwork and comfortable furniture and upscale finishes everywhere made it feel like a luxurious vacation. The owner was very good at communication and one little issue we had. She went out of her way to resolve for us. The only less than five detail is that the street is very busy for a not major, residential area. You have to be very careful backing out of the driveway or crossing the street. Overall, it was a perfect set up for two adult couples (or a family!) to share. I’d love to return on my next time trip to the beach.

Rehoboth Summer Get-A-Way

My friends, partner, and I have been using VRBO for our annual Rehoboth summer trip for 6 years. This property was not only the closest to the beach but was also the nicest property we've found. The home was beautifully decorated and contained a spacious screened in porch, which we utilized a lot during our trip. The kitchen was large with up to date appliances. We would highly recommend securing this property for your next trip to Rehoboth.

Great place great location

All great, spacious, beautiful place, great location, responsive host but the layout is a little off with the king sized bed downstairs away from the bathrooms.

Wonderful Peaceful Location

The property was well-appointed but slightly dark both in decor and in actual light to our taste. The downstairs bedroom was nicely furnished but somehow made all of us a bit uncomfortable—still felt like the basement somehow. The screened porch and kitchen/dining area as well as the upstairs bedroom and bathrooms were great.

Great place !

Conveniently, near Dewey Beach and Rehobeth beach. It’s a lovely duplex. It was clean and well furnished with good TVs. I recommend it.

We are DC residents who love Rehoboth Beach for its wonderful beaches, laid-back atmosphere, and great restaurants. We have two adult children who love to chill on the beach. We hit the beach too but also love riding our bikes around Rehoboth and to nearby towns of Lewes and Bethany.

Why they chose this property

We love this property for its location - close enough to easily walk to the beach/boardwalk/downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood with more space than most downtown rentals. The large screened-in porch on the back of the house provides an additional living area that's perfect for open-air dining, reading, working, or just relaxing. We focused on outfitting this unit with higher-end furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen because we want you to enjoy all the comforts you would like to have in your own home.

This property has lovely, high-end finishes and furnishings and the spacious screened-in porch doubles the units living area. The beautiful outdoor shower is just a few steps from the back porch and is a great supplement to the two full indoor bathrooms.
