The beautiful view of the Zijlroede canal ensures a pleasant view at all times.



The modern living room features a spacious sofa, a large dining table, and an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

Sliding doors open directly onto your private waterfront terrace.

Down the hall, there's a storage room for bicycles and a guest toilet.



Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed.

The new bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
