This luxury ocean view home is fully furnished and a kitchen fully equipped for your next vacation.

Our home, CASA BELLA, is located just across the street from two direct beach access points. The home features 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and a gourmet kitchen outfitted for cooking as much or as little as you want. The living room has a 55' TV and smart TV’s in every bedroom.

For ocean viewing, there are two nicely furnished covered decks. One is on the main 2nd floor and the other is just off the master bedroom. Both are perfect for reading, enjoying meals with family and friends, or just watching the pelicans and listening to the waves.

An outdoor shower provides a convenient place to wash off the sand and salt from your perfect day on the beach before entering the house. The entry first floor has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, sharing a full double sink bath.

The main second floor includes the living room, dining and gourmet kitchen. This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and a child gate which can be locked to secure small children from the stairs.

The third floor has two bedrooms that share a full double sink bath - one room includes a queen and the other a full bunk bed set and twin that pulls out from underneath.

The spectacular king master bedroom with private deck, ocean views and a fabulous master bathroom is also on the third floor.

Limited linens are provided, including bed sheets and bath towels for the number of guests staying (1 each). Beach towels or additional bath towels are not provided, please bring your own or contact Seaside Linens to have them delivered. Linens and towels will be placed on respective beds.

Things to do:
From our home, there are great restaurants and a Tiki bar within walking distance on the beach. Come and enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the beach as you relax in luxurious comfort.

Carolina Beach is an incredible vacation spot, with something for everyone in the family. Miles of uncrowded ocean beach for wading, swimming, surfing, beachcombing or surf fishing. You will also find nearby fishing piers, rare “drive on” beaches, great restaurants, and fresh seafood markets selling today’s catches. For sports fans, there are terrific golf courses, great off shore fishing, basketball, tennis courts and all the water sports that you can imagine.

Nearby is the charming town of Southport, accessible by car or a car ferry. Carolina Beach is 20 minutes from historic Port City of Wilmington, which boasts delightful riverside restaurants and shopping along its river boardwalk in downtown along the Cape Fear River. We even have the battleship North Carolina available to the public, Screen Gems movie studio, and our International Airport.

Fort Fisher State Park is only minutes away with the NC Aquarium and miles of natural and unspoiled beaches. It is the location of Civil War's Fort Fisher, whose fame is highlighted in the recent Academy Award winning movie, Abraham Lincoln.
