Appartement très agréable.

La location est très bien située, au pied de la plage, dans un quartier calme et pas trop éloigné du centre ville facilement accessible grâce aux pistes cyclables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. L'appartement est bien entretenu, spacieux et bien aménagé.

location trés agréable

appt propre ,bien entretenu confortable ,ensoleillé,et fonctionel ,manque peut etre un lave vaisselle pour etre vraiment en vacances .place de parking un peu juste au niveau surface d'emplacement un peu loin du centre..

plutôt bien

Les propriétaires sont accueillants. La résidence n'est pas mal du tout avec la mer à côté. Salle de bains spacieuse et appartement très clair. Les petits bémols: on est loin de la jetée Thiers, donc du centre, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Nos voisins du dessus étaient particulièrement bruyants (en plein été) et le double vitrage aurait été bienvenu car les vélos font beaucoup de bruit avec leur sonnette en se croisant sur la piste cyclable en bas.

Le calme, le repos et la proximité du centre-ville

Appartement idéalement situé. Proche du centre-ville pour une promenade matinale. En face de la plage, fréquentée seulement par les riverains. La piste cyclable permet de faire des ballades en famille en toute sécurité ou de courir pour entretenir sa forme. L'appartement est calme et très propre. L'immeuble est bien entretenu. Il est situé non loin de la gare. Le parking privatif permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture durant le séjour. De très bonnes vacances.
