About this property

Stunning newly renovated house downtown Harbor Springs, Michigan

This property has been completely remodeled in 2014. Everything is brand new! The house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, including a master suite with a walk in closet!
The downstairs has an open floor concept. You will be able to enjoy beautiful views of downtown Harbor Springs from the dinning room.
The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances including a Thermador french door refrigerator and a Wolf gas range and oven.
A stunning fireplace in the living room will help you relax after a long day of enjoying the local amenities.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or on the private back deck!
We also offer daily mountain bike and kayak rentals. Mountain bikes run $25 per day per bike, kayaks are $80 per day per kayak!
There is a 300.00 cleaning fee. This allows us to provide clean sheets, fresh towels, toilet paper and paper towels midway through your stay with us.

Perfect experience
I’ve been visiting Harbor Springs annually for 30 years. I have rented over a dozen places. This was by far the best place I’ve rented so far! Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Awesome home in an awesome location
Great home in downtown HS. Excellent remodel with beautiful kitchen and baths. Host David communicated well and met us for check-in. You won’t find a better in-town location. We look forward to coming back.

Went after Christmas for a week
Great location. Spacious and beautiful. We loved the laundry room mud hall when you come in from garage. Great way to take snow gear off and keep house clean. Bring ear plugs because the church bells across the street ring every hour all night.

We had a most wonderful experience with this wonderful, remodeled, clean and visually beautiful rental. The details made us feel extremely comfortable—large kitchen with great appliances, cookware, everything you need. Two types of coffee makers.....comfortable designer bedding and towels.....large modern shower in master bath, huge walk in closet! Landscaped fabulous yard and perfect front porch. We enjoyed it all immensely, and short walk into town. Thank you for having us, with our two small pups.
