This home offers:

Living Room - Cozy room with a queen size sofa sleeper, a love seat, a work desk with WiFi, 42’ flat screen HD TV, and coffee table. Fireplace is for decoration only, does not work.

Kitchen - You will find state of the art, stainless steel appliances which include a side by side refrigerator, flat top stove, built in microwave and dishwasher. Beautiful granite countertops. You will also find a single brew Keurig coffee pot, toaster, complimentary coffee.. An electric can opener, George Foreman grill, blender, food processor, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, silverware, all your basic spices, bottled water for your convenience, and pretty much everything else you will need if you choose to dine in. But if you choose to dine out, you are just minutes away from several restaurants.

Master Bedroom - This bedroom has a Dream Sleep queen mattress, 2 side tables with lamps, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, extra-large master bath with beautiful tile shower, and a HUGE walk in closet.

2nd and 3rd Bedrooms - Both of these bedrooms have Dream Sleep queen beds, side tables with lamps, ceiling fans and big closet space.

Nashville Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of four. Amazing neighborhood and close to everything we had planned for the week. We especially loved walking in Warner Park which was just a few miles away. Can’t wait to visit Nashville again

Wonderful Place to Stay

The house had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable. Our contact was always available and responsive. I plan to stay there every time I visit Nashville! Great place to relax and the main road straight to downtown is nearby.

Nashville’s best!

Convenient drive to downtown. Great layout in the house. Very clean and well stocked everything you need. The owners are very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. Highest recommendation. We have stayed here in the past, and hope to be back in the future.

Family Christmas Overflow

Perfect location for some extra bedrooms over the holidays when our nearby family house is full to the brim! We didn't need much but the beds and baths. All was perfect except a clogged drain in the guest shower... I got a barbed drain cleaner at the Ace hardware up the road and cleaned it out as I have the same kind of drains and knew exactly the problem... and did not want to bother Tina and Will over the Christmas weekend... no big deal but definitely something to keep clean in the future. I look forward to the possibility to stay here again when our forever growing family gathers again.
