Beautiful duplex, in a beautiful villa, all mod cons, located high on a hill overlooking wooded hills, very quiet, private parking, 3 tennis courts in the resort, near the city center, beaches, restaurants and sports and cultural activities, beautiful area with forests of the Moors and the Esterel. The Duplex consists 1 bedroom with 1 large 2 very comfortable seats, the kitchen is open to the living room, a nice little terrace for breakfast in the sun.

Parfait!!!!
Nous avons loué le studio de la famille Bou-saha pour une semaine et tout a été vraiment superbe. Le studio est petit mais très fonctionnel avec une entrée et un coin de terrace privés dont nous avons profité. Le studio se trouve à quelques kilomètres du centre de Ste Maxime, idéalement situé dans les collines, au calme juste à côté d’un très grand supermarché. On nous a même fourni les draps et la cuisine avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et tout ça à un prix vraiment imbattable!!! La famille Bou-Saha a été fabuleuse: gentille, chaleureuse et accueillante et nous n’hésiterions pas à y retourner, merci pour tout!

"La casa e la cordialità di Nadya sono stati due fattori fondamentali che ci faranno tenere in considerazione un eventuale ritorno. La casa è in posizione molto tranquilla, poco fuori Ste Maxime, ben attrezzata per qualsiasi necessità, molto pulita e ben tenuta dai proprietari, il supermarket è a pochissima distanza. "Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno, accolti dalla squisita gentilezza e discrezione dei proprietari in questo appartamento tranquillo, pulitissimo, attrezzato di tutto ed accogliente. Si trova in una posizione splendida, fuori dal traffico ma a pochissimi minuti dalle spiaggie, che è possibile raggiungere senza neanche passare dal paese (Nartelle, Les Elephants, seguire indicazioni Frejus). E vicinissimo si trova qualsiasi servizio, dal distributore, alla pizzeria, alla Boulangerie (fermatevi da Maitre Julienne!) Torneremo sicuramente!"
