Wonderful property - fantastic vacation!

What a wonderful house! Well equipped kitchen, spacious inside, quiet/peaceful at night, great outdoor patio area and large pool - which we enjoyed each morning and evening after a day of exploring. Also nice that there was a barbecue available. We enjoyed our stay very much! Merci beaucoup Marie & Pierre Moussinga!!

Fijn verblijf in geriefelijke woning

De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn zwembad en de airco op de slaapkamers was ook heerlijk. De ligging is een kilometer of 10 buiten het centrum van Nice, en in de buurt van de woning zijn verder geen voorzieningen.

Heerlijk!

Prachtige lokatie op de berg met zicht op zee. Huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad was heerlijk. Tijdens ons verblijf was er in de avond een probleem ontstaan wat dezelfde avond nog door de verhuurster werd opgelost. Voldoende ruimte om je af te zonderen als je daar behoefte aan hebt. 1 slaapkamer had helaas geen airco, zou fijn geweest zijn als dat wel het geval was. Een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

"Très joli emplacement, belle vue, calme, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent se reposer mais en même temps avoir un accès facile aux attractions offertes par une grande ville. La route pour accéder à la villa est un peu sportive pour ceux qui vivent en plaine comme nous, mais on s''y habitue rapidement. Propriétaires très sympas."

mooie Frans huis!

We verbleven een week op deze heerlijke plek. Met onze tienerkinderen hebben we van alles kunnen ondernemen, bezoek aan oud Nice, lunch in Cagnes sur Mer. Ook veel in de tuin en bij/in het fijne zwembad gelegen. Met een zalig uitzicht en ruime tuin was dit echt vakantie! Bedankt voor de gastvrije ontvangst!

Maison très agréable et au calme

Sur les collines proches de Nice, la maison a tout ce qu’il faut : une belle vue dégagée, une grande piscine, une grande terrasse ombragée et tous les équipements souhaités. On s’y sent comme chez soi 😊. Et en plus on est au calme. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Séjour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication fut parfaite. Maison idéalement située pour découvrir la région de Monaco à Cannes. La maison est très agréable, et bien agencée. Elle est calme et dotée d'une vue magnifique. Séjour reposant et inoubliable !

Nice holiday house

Marie was a really welcoming host and gave us many tipps for activities. The house was really nice decorated and what we liked the most was that there weren't any curious views from our neighbours indeed we had direct neighbours.What i want to say that we were nicely seperated. My only idea for improvement is a mosquito net in front of the windows of the bedrooms. We need to open the windows at night because there was no air condition and the ventilator was too loud. So we woke up with several mosquito bites in the morning. But in conclusion I can recommend this house to every big family or group of friends! We had a great time in nice!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Pool ist hervorragend, das Haus ist recht ruhig gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Das Grundstück hat eine schöne Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, man ist auf dem gesamten Grundstück vor fremden Blicken geschützt. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Rodzinne wakacje w atrakcyjnej okolicy.

Dom położony na wzgórzu, w spokojnej , urokliwej dzielnicy. Ładny widok na miasto, morze i okolice. Dobra baza wypadowa do okolicznych miejsc. Blisko do Nicei. Basen w porządku. Na wejściu do domu niezbyt przyjemny zapach, wejście do jednej z sypialni przez pomieszczenie gospodarcze ( tez z charakterystycznym zapachem). Wc bez umywalek.Dom wymagałaby gruntownego sprzątnięcia. Maszyna do kawy - porażka . Dużo prowizorycznych rozwiązań. Reszta dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach .
