Great location

We loved staying here. The apartment was conviently located near several Metro stations, grocerynstores and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and having the laundry facilities in the apartment was really a bonus. Hubert was a gracious and helpful host. While the five flights of stairs were tiring at the end of a long day, it was worth it. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Paris.

"We very much enjoyed staying in the apartment. It''s well decorated and cared for, unusually well equipped, airy and light. And we didn''t mind the climb up the stairs as they were so stylish! It''s a great district, with a good combination of food shops, restaurants, brasseries and a market on Tuesdays and Fridays. There are also good connections at several close-by metro stations and a variety of buses. We enjoyed riding on buses as you see more of Paris. We''d like to stay there again in the future. Buena ubicación y amable propietario

El apartamento está muy bien situado en un barrio bueno, tiene cerca el metro y todo lo necesario para que tus días en París sean maravillosos. El propietario muy amable y dispuesto. La única pega, es el cuarto de baño que necesitaría una reforma. Por lo demas hemos disfrutado mucho. Lo recomendaríamos por su calidad precio. Gracias

Pour faire court : super location, confortable et bien tenue, propriétaire très sympa et facile à joindre. Seul bémol, les 5 étages par escalier, mais c'est juste parce qu'on est une famille de feignants, genre tu descends fumer ta clope dans la rue puis tu remontes et tu la craches ;-) Allez-y sans hésiter, vraiment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement bien équipé et très bien situé. La proximité d'une boulangerie, d'une librairie, d'une supérette, de restaurants, du métro et du bus nous ont permis de profiter au mieux de Paris. L'immeuble est très calme et le propriétaire très accueillant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement cette location !

"L'acceuil était très sympathique et le proprietaire nous à fait part de beaucoup d'informations très utiles. L'appartement est un bijou, plein de charme et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme "chez nous"! En plus de tout le confort, nous avions même un ordinateur et une imprimante que fonctionnaient... ! Il y a une station de vélo de location, un boulanger digne de ce nom, des magasins, des bistros et des stations de transport publique juste au coin de la rue... et, l'appartement est très calme. C'était une première expérience avec ce type de location et elle nous a donné entière satisfaction! Merci beaucoup!"

"Très agréable appartement. Nous avons constaté une très grande propreté, tout le confort nécessaire (ordinateur avec internet, télévision, cuisine toute équipée...). De nombreuses serviettes et draps à disposition. L'appartement est lumineux, bien chauffé et très silencieux. Le quartier est calme, proche du métro et des arrêts de bus (5min de République). Enfin le propriétaire est très sympathique ! Je recommande chaudement."
