Relax next to the water

I picked this spot for a friend vacay and everyone loved being right on the water and having a balcony to eat breakfast on. Beds were comfy. Both couples had a lot of private space. Easy checkin. About two minutes’ walk from a trail.

Perfect lake get away

You can’t beat the location of this property. This was our third stay at this location and had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with everything you need.

Hard to review this one

Great location, good provisions, good extras, terrible layout. Not suited for more than one couple or family due to bedroom layouts. The biggest problem was the multiple baited mousetraps and sticky traps through out the house. The house seamed to be recently treated and smelled like exterminator spray. The upside was no bugs or mice. The great location would make us want to return, but people who expect luxury would hate the property.

Great Location and Family Rental

Our family of 5 spent the Winter at this property. It was perfect and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to Denver and to Loveland Ski area. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!

Dianne was absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s so accommodating! The pictures don’t do it justice! It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for for our family! We will definitely be back in the summer when it’s warmer so we can take advantage of the lake in the backyard!

Brett Kramer is a high school teacher in Kansas. Dianne Kramer is a retired nurse practitioner in Kansas. We both love Georgetown and the mountain activity offered here. Our summer vacation in Georgetown was a family outing, with the 3 year old grandson ready to move the rest of his family here from Kansas City. The whole family loved the trip.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the property after a summer family vacation in Georgetown. We fell in love with the town and the lifestyle, and wanted to have it again, as well as to offer it to other family groups for memory building at a slower pace!
Georgetown is located on the front range, very close to Loveland Ski Area, and about 30-45 minutes from Keystone, depending on traffic and weather. Also close to Denver.

What makes this property unique

This home is very cozy, allowing plenty of areas to be together in a large group. The location on the lake promises to be a place to make memories with the grandkids. The many windows in the home allow for great ventilation on warm days. We are off the interstate just enough that the noise is not a big problem, but accessibility is available.
