In the evocative setting of Positano, the Villa, welcomes you immersing yourself in the fresh scents and colors of the garden and the sea.

The house has many outdoor furnished spaces where you can have lunches, aperitifs, or relax with a book and sunbathe. Just 100 meters away, you can feel part of local life, in bars, restaurants and various shops or you can take buses or the bus to simply move on the Amalfi Coast or to reach in 10 minutes the beach or mountain trails

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, large terrace all over the front, solarium and garden. All very panoramic overlooking the bay.
Through a flowery avenue and a beautiful garden you get to the independent entrance of the apartment.
A large windows introduces in the living room in warm rustic style, with sofas, TV and dining table.

From the living room you can enter the kitchen (fully equipped) or go out on the large terrace overlooking the sea, or climb, through a marble staircase, upstairs where there is the solarium with sun beds, umbrellas and shower.
Here is also one of the rooms with French bed and bathroom with shower, while in the sleeping area on the first floor there are the other 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -

This was the perfect location for two things: 1) the view; and, 2) convenience.

Our host, G.P., was FABULOUS! He was available to arrange and assist with everything we needed even with those we had not anticipated. We were close to a road which meant we dealt with some traffic noise, however for us, it paled in comparison with the convenience of the location. Also, simply the BEST view!

Wonderful stay at Villa Giada

Three adults in our mid 50s, stayed at. Villa Giada 10/8-10/13 2023. The view was as spectacular as advertised. We enjoyed waking up to the sun peaking over the mountains to the east, and in the evening, the shadows and then lights of Positano as the sun set. Yes, from this location there are a lot of steps to get to the marina/ town center, but that’s part of the experience. We did find you could also walk the roads, at a much gentler slope, although longer. The Villa is located outside of the tourist crowds, which we enjoyed. Bar Nazionale, just down the road is the local gathering center where we enjoyed coffees each morning. Giuseppe was easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. It wasn’t until our last 2 days that we realized it was his mother who lived on the first floor. She was a delight, as we chatted a few afternoons upon our return to the Villa. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not quite as advertised

We were excited to get to Positano after 2 weeks in Lucca and looking forward to a nice place. The apartment wasn't quite as advertised. The bathrooms were not great and the showers were drips. On the first floor the deck was good but the second floor deck looked nothing like the ad as there was no furniture and it was dirty. When we decided on the place there was a description the said that it slept 6. No where on the site did it state that there was an extra charge for more people. We were 4 at the time and decided to bring our 3 children all over 30 as well since it slept that many. . Didn't realize that there was an extra charge for 3 more people and was told 1 day later that we needed to pay and extra 500 Euro or they would ask us to leave. That didn't sit too well altho we realized that it was probably our fault for not realizing there was an up charge. So we paid him. In the middle of the week we asked for clean towels for all of us and were told it would be another 8 euro per person for clean towels.So no, we did not enjoy the house much but Positano was lovely.

Amazing stay with beautiful hosts Nina and Gippy

Great stay with Gippy and Nina on the hill overlooking Positano. You feel like you are on a separate vacation while on vacation because the family involved is sincere and accommodating to your every need. Nina will forever be in our hearts.
