This 1500 sq. ft, single-story, home is located in prestigious South Irvine, in the University Park / Parkside neighborhood near Newport and Laguna Beaches, OC airport, UCI, and major shopping malls. It is fully furnished and nicely decorated. The spacious living room has high ceilings, a wall of windows for ample light and a view out to the backyard. There's a large TV and a fireplace in the living room. The spacious primary bedroom has a CA King bed, walk-in closet, dressers, and an arcadia slider that leads out to the backyard. The primary bathroom has double vanity and large custom shower with a small seat. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, desk, and custom wardrobe closet with ample drawer and hanger space. A full kitchen with a complete set of dishes, cookware, and appliances await you as well as a dining room table that seats up to 8. The home is also equipped with a full sized washer & dryer. The house has cable, wifi, air conditioning and heating. There is a large 6' fenced backyard with patio cover and patio furniture. Guests will also have access to the community's top-notch resort amenities: salt water pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, tot lot, gas and charcoal BBQ's in the pool area and on the green belt / park.

Great place in time of need

I had a flood at my place, and I’ve had to relocate for several months. Landlord has been totally available, flexible, and has responded promptly to every request. Wonderful house with everything I need. She even upgraded her cable service so I could record programs.

The Perfect Location To Enjoy Southern California

The photos of this wonderful home do not do it justice. The kitchen is fully equipped for the nights you wish to dine in and the back yard is perfect for breakfast or cocktails in the evening. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and lots of linens. The dining and living rooms are perfect for cozy family evenings or entertaining. Located in the City of Irvine we were close to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach , Huntington and Long Beach. Not to mention Fashion Island, South Coast Shopping Centers, excellent dining and the airport. Robin is an amazing host. As a native Californian she answered all our questions whether it was paddle boarding, surfing, dining or cultural. A destination we will certainly return to and have already recommended it to friends.

Great experience!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this home. The owner was incredibly kind, generous, and organized. We needed a place to stay with our two dogs while our home was being remodeled. She was flexible with our schedule, which relieved a lot of stress on us in the process. Her home was very clean and had every little thing we needed for our month stay. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard and access to walking trails across the street. We loved the comfortable beds, well maintained kitchen and nice sized bathrooms. Opening up the double doors during the day was so relaxing and made you feel like you were all alone at a resort, not in a neighborhood. We also enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood pool within a short walking distance and quick access to various activities in Orange County! We would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful stay!

What a great spot you've created for Orange County visitors - quiet, beautiful and easily accessible to all the attractions Southern Cal has to offer. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and your patio/gardens were the icing on the cake. We so enjoyed having our breakfast each morning outside and watching all the visiting birds. Markets, restaurants, etc. are all close by and easy access to the 405 made it a quick trip to Laguna for beach walks, zipped up to LA for a museum visit and shopping galore at South Coast Plaza or Fashion Island. Thank you for all the help with my "scent sensitivity" issues - you are a great host. We'll be back soon!

This home is located in south Irvine which is close to the major freeways (405/55/55), UCI, Strawberry Farms Golf Course, South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum, Mason Park and the Irvine Great Park. It's also very close to grocery stores (Wholesome Choice, Zion Market, coffee houses, and cafes). It's a short car ride to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and SeaWorld. Irvine is rated one of the safest cities in the US.

The home is located across a small residential street from the community park, tennis courts, swimming pools (heated April through November), jacuzzi and walking trails. The home's backyard is large, bedrooms roomy, and nicely decorated. The home comes fully stocked with everything you need for your home away from home.
