This amazing 112 year former BC Electric Power Station features ultimate luxury in a serene area just 45 minutes from Vancouver. Come and enjoy one of the most beautiful historic residences in the country! Completely restored and renovated to the most exacting standard this former BC Electric train sub-station has been converted to a luxury residence, reminiscent of a modern castle.

All amenities are provided including a fully modern chef's kitchen, dining and living room level. The main (entry) level also has its own full kitchen and dining area, and features a 130' high definition TV, online games center and ping pong area. It can seat approximately 20-30 comfortably in this area.

This estate is the quintessential entertaining villa, with 3 massive private deck spaces . Numerous activities are just minutes away. Biking and hiking trails adjoin the property, and world class fishing, swimming, boating, and windsurfing are nearby. (Chilliwack, Cultus and Harrison Lakes)

A 5 star public equestrian center is also within walking distance and offers horseback trail rides nearby.

For the kids the indoor Castle Fun Park is less than 5 miles away and can entertain children for hours.

Our estate is situated on 2.5 acres surrounded by forest, yet within 10 minutes of Highway 1 and a full variety of shopping including Costco. A large number of great restaurants featuring local and ethnic dining options are close by.

It’s also an excellent venue for small weddings, corporate outings and other special events.

The main home and pricing for it includes 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 king size sofa bed and 4.5 bathrooms.. Extra beds in the same rooms for children staying with parents and siblings can also be arranged at a small additional cost.

We have an elevator to all floors which is large enough for a wheelchair and attendant. It also makes moving your luggage and supplies very convenient.

This is truly a luxury home and setting for those wanting a unique, memorable experience.

Though we live in a very safe area please note that in addition to a monitored alarm system we have outside security cameras.

Spacious Mansion

We had a great time. Dan is very easy to communicate. The mansion has super big kitchen and living room which is wonderful for big group. But the four bedrooms are quite ordinary comparing to the living room. The master room has beautiful bath tub and steam shower which is great. I would call the fifth bedroom a loft as there is no door. We enjoy our stay. Thank you Dan.

Wow what a house. Quick and easy access to so many places from this location. We took amazing photos prior to my daughters wedding here. The house was large easy access check in and out was so simple. Easy to work with.

Love the house, tonnes is character, would stay again.
