Villasimìus is an Italian town of 3,625 inhabitants in the province of Cagliari in Sardinia.
It is one of the most well-known municipalities in southern Sardinia because, thanks to its numerous tourist locations, it brings a consistent flow of tourists in the spring and summer period. Capo Carbonara is famous for being the least rainy point in Italy.

CENTRALISSIMO E MOLTO PIACEVOLE

L'appartamento è situato in un'ottima posizione vicinissimo al centro ma situato in una zona molto silenziosa. La casa è piccola ma accogliente e molto ben fruttata adattissima ad una famiglia di 4 persone. L'appartamento è stato da poco ristrutturato e l'arredamento è piacevole. Molto importante è il parcheggio che nei mesi di grande affluenza è introvabile. Il paese di Villasimius e la zona è veramente eccellente.

L'appartamento ha superato ogni più rosea aspettativa. Visibilmente ristrutturato di recente con uno spiccato buon gusto per l'arredamento. La pulizia la fa da padrona, in più il posto auto interno al cortile è sicuramente un valore aggiunto, se si considera che il centro del paese si raggiunge in 2 minuti a piedi!!! Inoltre la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario sono degne di nota! L'unica nota negativa è stata la breve permanenza in quest'angolo di paradiso durata solo una settimana. Spero di poter tornare anche il prossimo anno!
