Great value home with lots of space inside and out.This cottage has been in the same family for years and was recently completely renovated. New furniture, fresh paint and a whole new cottage!
Two bedrooms with two full baths each with stand up showers with ledge; no tubs. This is a great family home! Pet-friendly with a fenced in yard. Fabulous patio and the screened in porch is like another room! Easy 4 block walk to the beach. Ground level makes this a very easy home for our older guests to get around.
Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!

Complimentary off-street parking for 2 cars.
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had such a fun and relaxing time and don't ever want to go anywhere else. Our cottage Fun In The Sun was perfect. Mittens, our cat was on her very first vacation and loved the screened in porch. We will always use Mermaid Cottages when we visit Tybee Island.
