recently renewed, including bathroom with shower and toilet and kitchenette.thanks to its south-west view is very bright and overlooks the valley. The condominium is next to a chair lift and a ski slope that leads to the main ski resort.at the ground floor of the building there are: grocery store, ski hire, ski pass ticket, pub, restaurant and pizzeria. comfortable for 4 people is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle and toaster.

A great 10 days

Our family of 3 were very comfortable staying in this apartment. The owner has thought of everything needed to make your holiday comfortable, from having access to ski-in/out if all skiers can ski reds, to a ski locker in the building, to clever storage/use of space inside the apartment. The owner was very prompt in replying or answering any messages before and during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here - as it was quiet, no through traffic from the road and beautiful mountain/valley views.

Mcdougle New Year Ski

Property as described, clean, warm, easy check in support, owner responds quickly & is very helpful. You can ski down to property via run 7 then switch onto 13 but unable to link up across the resort from the property will need to ski down to the town & walk with ski’s, could be challenging with young children. Their is a lovely little bistro/shop at the property however very little food stocked so would need to visit the main supermarket in Cervinia town which is a 20 min walk down hill and around 30min back up. Parking/driving in town was difficult due to amount of traffic & recent snow fall, so we tended to walk everywhere. There is a local bus service but we found didn’t run to schedule. Overall a lovely little place, such a shame you can’t ski straight out & link up to main lifts in Cervinia town without having to walk with skis etc.. Thankyou to the owner for being so helpful.

Very satisfied

We stayed over there for 8 days & we really enjoyed our stay as well as the studio/apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful whenever it comes to queqtions. The only (minor) remark is that their should be clearly indicated at the reception/entrance to make NO noise between 22-07h... It is sometimes a playground for children whenever the parents are away in a bar...:-) We will certainly come back. The studio has al comfort for 2 adults. Although You can sleep there with 4...

Good for skiing trip

The Owner is great at replying to emails and the property was easy to find. The bathroom and kitchen equipment was good too. It was lovely to have a dishwasher. Its not he choice if you want loads of space but for a skiing holiday it was good.
