DETACHED VILLA with private pool plus now has Hot tub. Set in its own grounds of orange and lemon trees, avocado and fig, grape vines, banana palms. Private gated pool (overlooking Sierra Nevada Mountains) Free Pool heating March to November. 10 mins drive to beach. Villa has 1 king bedroom or will convert to twin plus 1 twin bedroom. Villa also has an annex building with two double beds, an ideal family room now with en suite shower room. If 4 couples there is a double plug in inflatable bed to place in the lounge. Cot avail @ £10 cost. Main villa has a lounge with TV but it has no TV channels but is for the use of videos and dvds which we leave a good selection of from disney family type to 18 s. There is also a playstation with selection of games. CD. IPOD Speakers. Kitchen is well equiped. It has plenty of cutlery crockery.4 ring gas hob,worktop oven,microwave,fridge and freezer,washing mach, dishwasher etc. Covered dining terrace with pull down wind blinds for cooler evenings with patio heater which overlooks the pool with Table 6 Comfy Chairs and 4 Comfy stools. An additional fridge/freezer. Lge built in double barbeque area near pool & dining terrace. Air cond works evenings. Ideal for a holiday with friends or family. Rent it for a long weekend, or for 10 days or a weeks or two!

BENALMEDINA PUERTO 15 mins drive - lovely shops, restaurants and bars, boat and fishing trips (hopefully you see the dolphins there are groups of bottlenose and common dolphins), Sealife Centre.

Supertolle Whirlpool mit Traumaussicht!

Malaga ist immer eine Reise wert wir lieben diese Region.Das Haupthaus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Als Sommer Domizil super geeignet als Winter Domizil nicht geeignet da es keine Heizung hat und nur mit der Klimaanlage geheizt werden kann außerdem befindet sich das Esszimmer im Freien das bei starkem Wind in der kalten Jahreszeit nicht genutzt werden kann.Wir waren zu 5. Und mein Sohn mit seiner Freundin sollte das Nebengebäude nutzen das etwas abseits steht dies war leider nicht möglich da das Nebengebäude ziemlich moderig roch und auch das ganze Inventar war sehr altbacken und teils in einem defekten Zustand das mein Sohn nicht darin schlafen wollte daher mussten wir Sie im Hotel unterbringen.Der Whirlpool ist der Hammer er ist noch ziemlich Neu und war unser Highlight jeden Tag 2x und dann die Aussicht war wirklich traumhaft.Leider ist der Garten sehr ungepflegt und wild und das ist Schade den mit den ganzen Obstbäumen die da wachsen könnte man ein Paradise daraus machen.Karen und auch der Poolboy waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.Supermarkt und Autobahn sind schnell zu erreichen. Leider ist die Auffahrt am Haus mit einem normalen Auto schwierig zu bewältigen da Sie sehr steil ist und sehr große tiefe Löcher hat wir hatten einen SUV als Mietwagen da ging es.

La casa está genial para disfrutar del exterior. Las vistas espectaculares. Tiene árboles frutales y puedes disfrutar de ellos. El trato con la propietaria estupendo. Bien equipada y limpia. Ideal para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos.

I am a mum and grandmother. I have great times here with the whole family plus also a wonderful time away with my friends. There is so many places nearby to visit or just enjoy your time and stay at the villa.

Why they chose this property

Just loved its location and View.

What makes this property unique

Just so tranquil and relaxing without the children. With the children a great spot where you can be with them by the pool but not too far away. You can all be together all on the same level. You have to all be ready to go down to the pool in a hotel where here it is not necessary. Also the added benefit of a lockable gate to keep them away from the pool when you are unable to keep an eye on them. Also having the kitchen and barbecue. There is no need to put an early finish to your evenings. You can put the children to bed and feel they are safe and you can enjoy your evenings outside on the terrace and not be stuck in a hotel room. Keep the cost down by having great barbecue evenings and making your own entertainment with euro bottles of good wine instead of expensive restaurant bills.
