Including Spectrum digital cable with a XBOX ONE. Video games library and movies are included. 100mbs Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool areas. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in Canada and the US. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line brand new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8. Newly installed Outdoor 60" Pool Smart TV with Google chromecast. Watch your favorite movie or YouTube while enjoying the pool and Florida sunshine!

BBQ and Electric Pool Heat are available for an additional charge

Main floor Master bedroom has a queen size bed and 40' LED TV with private access to the pool deck and lanai. Second floor Master bedroom includes a King bed and 42' LED TV and en-suite bathroom. 3 bedrooms include matching twin beds, Sony alarm clocks and 32' LED TVs. 6th bedroom includes a Queen size bed and 32' LED TV. ALL bedrooms have Hardwood floors.

All bathrooms are fully appointed and have granite counters. Brand new washer and dryer. Private games room is fun for the whole family which includes a Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Basketball Hoops, Darts and 50' LED TV. The screened in Lanai features Florida privacy glass is the perfect place for a BBQ and swim in our heated pool after a long day of theme park hopping or golfing.

Worst trip ever !!!!

Where to begin well let’s say the owner is in Canada and has not been back to check his property in 2 yrs per property manager. I went grocery shopping the first day we got there low and behold the stove did not work $300 down the drain. Next the pool FILTHY not working at all I had my 1,7,11,and 12yrs old with me they were so disappointed, the cable and Wi-Fi got shut off the second day we were there but I must say by the forth day it was back on 🙄🙄, the video game systems had no controllers so they could not play them but there was a park in the complex that they were able to utilize. The game room EVERYTHING was broken the fourth day the thermostat stop working and that’s when the property manager finally came and said he has been trying to reach the owner but has not been able to contact him. The property manager said that I should of be refunded my money for all the inconveniences that occurred. They knew the stove was broken for a long time according to him as well as the pool. Bugs EVERYWHERE as for towels and wash clothes let’s just say good thing there was a Dollar General near by. I cannot say it was a total blow because we did have somewhere to sleep for 7 days but none of the amenities that are promised work!!! It took 3/4 days for someone to get back to me when I had been emailing and calling from the day I got there. I spoke with Vrbo and they were not much help because according to them I should of called them on day one but in the home there is a book that has information in it and it states if any issues email or call the property manager…. I can honestly say this was my children first time to Florida outside of the theme parks they did not enjoy themselves at all!!! If I could give 0 stars I would only thing the house was good for was the amount of people we had everyone slept comfortable but other than that it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Was just ok

Here is the good: great location, family enjoyed stay, great communication with host all the way up until arrival and he let us in early which was awesome because we had an earlier flight. Not so good: there are little spider bugs that will get into any food you leave open no matter where you put the food, could of been much much cleaner, the pictures online look way better then what it was also there is no big black and red couch there was a very uncomfortable purple couch now. I think we would of been happier if it was just overall cleaner. I guess I expected it to be better then what it was. Oh and there are like 5 TV channels and the other TV you could only watch YouTube on.

Good Property

We had a group of 10 adults and children and the home accommodations suited us well. The home was clean and was maintained. The home needs a few updates on paint, peeling fabrics (headboards) and materials such as the dining room chairs which were worn in. Beds were comfy and pool was nice. Plenry of dishes and towels to use. There were also these tiny bugs which were in every room of the house. They got into our food which had to be thrown out and were crawling on the walls, floors and counters. Other than that, it was a great stay. Quiet area, close to shops and restaurants. I would stay again but please get those bugs under control.

Loved it!!

The house was beautiful...very clean. Plenty of room.....The kids loved the pool and the ping pong,..quiet neighborhood..we loved it !! The owner was quick to respond when I had a question...will definitely stay here again when we come to this area!
