The two-room apartment on the mezzanine floor can comfortably accommodate 4 people (or 6 people with the addition of beds) as it has a double bedroom with balcony and double sofa bed, also has a large living area with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a front balcony equipped for nice dinners. ideal for families and groups of young people dedicated to relaxation and fun at a low price. The other three apartments have all, two bedrooms. The Jonio Residence is just 1 km from the first equipped sandy beaches of Gallipoli and a 10-minute drive from the city center. Also within 500mt has two small beaches and a beautiful sea and all kinds of services offered by the center of the Marina di Mancaversa.

Piacevole vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza della durata di 6 notti in questo appartamento che si presenta semplice ma funzionale (anche se necessita di qualche miglioria), le proprietarie sono gentili e disponibili. C’è comunque da dire che la mancanza dell’aria condizionata e delle zanzariere si è fatta sentire.

Agreable séjour à. Mancaversa

la location est conforme à l'annonce, appartement de plain pied , petite plage de sable accessible a pied , 500 m, quartier tranquille. Elisabetta et sa maman sont très accueillantes et nous sommes partis à regret. je recommande la location pour découvrir le Salento. Mancaversa est une petite Station familiale, avec tous les commerces et restaurants, il y a une grande plage de sable en direction de Gallipoli.

Consigliato vivamente!

Veramente da raccomandare. Elisabetta e la sua famiglia sono stati gentili e disponibili, hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e risposto prontamente a qualsiasi necessità. L'appartamento é arredato in modo semplice ma fresco e pulito. La lavatrice é inclusa. L'unico suggerimento é di migliorare un pò la doccia, per il resto tutto perfetto😀Grazie per il bel soggiorno e la tua gentilezza cara Elisabetta. A presto!

ottimo appartamento

siamo stati in questo appartamento per 8 giorni, in 3 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo! al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare della frutta fresca, mentre alla partenza ci ha regalato un souvenir del salento, molto bello!! L'appartamento è pulito, dotato di tutti i confort e in posizione strategica per visitare tutta la costa del salento! Elisabetta, la proprietaria, è molto disponibile, sa consigliarvi dove andare in spiaggia e dove andare a mangiare!!! Lo consiglio a tutti!!!
