Casita Privada Pinheiro is the second villa in the Privada Group portfolio of luxury villa rentals. This 4 bed 4 bath villa is in one of the Algarve's most sought after
and picturesque areas.
The house, set in its own gardens with a private swimming pool, and benefits from a total refit of all rooms. All bedrooms benefit from en suite bathrooms, a lounge, dining room, breakfast room and kitchens (both inside and out) , bbq, traditional bread oven and large lawned areas.

Like her 'big sister property' (A Vila Privada - P8885) Casita Privada Pinheiro has all the luxury fittings and finishings the owners like their clients to have. Egyptian cotton bedding and towels, fully stocked (brand new) kitchen, furnishings you would expect to find in boutique hotels around the world and all this just minutes walk from the Ria Formosa and the sea. The famous Fialho Restaurant which serves amazing local fish (described as only fresher when it's swimming in the sea) is again only minutes away.

There is also a cycle track near the villa which takes you along the Ria Formosa and directly to one of the best beaches in the Algarve. Praia Do Barril, also known as the 'anchors graveyard' or the 'train beach' is easily also reached by car in just 7 mins. Park up in the newly landscaped car park, walk over a pedestrian bridge to a 'train station' (well it's a platform with a sun shade) and a toy like train will take you to the main beach and restaurants in just 5 mins. You can walk but the train is about €1,50 and it's just such an easy ride in the heat. Once there you have a choice of coffee shops and restaurants which all serve great drinks and food throughout the day.

The villa is 25 mins from Faro airport on a virtually straight road. Travel through the sea port town of Olhao and grab some groceries and fresh fish, drive on along the N125 and within no time you could be at Casita Privada Pinheiro for an unforgettable holiday.
2017 is this Casita's only second season and has already sold its prime weeks through the summer.

We can offer this lovely villa for longer autumn and winter let's at reduced rates plus utilities. The property benefits from new solar energy throughout which means monthly bills for hot water and electricity are greatly reduced. Please ask us for more detailed information on longer lets.

A Perfect Getaway with Wonderful Hosts

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Privada Pinheiro in Luz de Tavira, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the owners, who were not only incredibly accommodating but also genuinely nice people. The villa itself was a true gem. The villa was exceptionally well-equipped, boasting modern amenities that catered to all our needs. Whether it was the fully-stocked kitchen that allowed us to whip up some culinary delights, the cozy living area perfect for relaxation, or the bedrooms that provided a peaceful night's sleep. What truly set this villa apart, though, were the hosts. Their constant availability and friendliness made us feel right at home. They were more than just property owners – they were like personal concierges, offering us recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, and always going the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable vacation. If I were to offer any suggestion for improvement, it would be to consider adding more lighting to the outer garden and BBQ area.While the villa's indoor spaces were beautifully illuminated, we found that a bit more light in the outdoor areas would enhance the evening experience, allowing guests to fully enjoy the garden and BBQ facilities even after the sun goes down. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.Thank you to the owners for making our vacation truly exceptional

Ideal for a family holiday

Lovely, well appointed and well equipped property in a quiet area with a gated pool which is safer for families with younger children. Great hosts. Villa accessible by car to ameneties, beaches and the pretty town of Tavira. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Place

We booked this villa for a family holiday, three generations aged from 3 to 60 years old. The villa was perfect, spacious, in immaculate condition, very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Lovely touches from start to finish, like our warm welcome (including cake!) from Jonty, and our checkout with Ian, both excellent hosts. Very responsive to any queries both before and during our visit. The pool was clean and safely fenced off (so suitable for small children). Definitely need a hire car, but shops, beaches, Tavira, Fuseta and Olhua all very easily reached from the N125. The beach at Barril was very close in the car, and we loved the little train to get there. Many thanks to Jonty and Ian, we had a fabulous time at Casita Privada Pinheiro, we hope to return one day.

Great house !

Everyone loved to stay in this house. It was the highlight of the vacations. Swimming pool for the kids, huge and very well equipped kitchen for grandma, independent bathrooms , enough parking etc etc. And on top a very warm welcome from the hosts, with fresh beer wating for us :) But you need a car to go around to the beach, shopping etc. It's on a very quiet area.

A real villa in the sun

From our first correspondence Jonty was so helpful and friendly. We were a family of 2 generations and there was space and and equipment for everyone. Ian met us and gave us a thorough introduction. The villa was everything we had hoped for - clean , well equipped and spacious and the welcome items home made cakes and jam were a lovely touch and certainly enjoyed by all. My daughter has already booked to come again next year! Thank you Jonty and Ian for a great holiday

Why they chose this property

Anyone who knows Pinheiro confirms its one of their favourite hidden gems in the Algarve. We had visited this tiny hamlet numerous times, including the amazing fish restaurant mentioned above, and became really excited when our timing for starting a search for another property revealed this Casita was for sale. So in January 2016 securing this villa seemed so natural to us and our plans soon began to develop. 4 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new flooring, renewable energy and some sympathetic landscaping and our Casita became refurbished to an extremely high standard.

Casita Privada Pinheiro becomes our second property in the Eastern Algarve and once you have visited you will know why we have chosen to invest in the area. Lazy hot sunny days can be spent by your own pool doing very little or you can take just 10 mins and travel to Barril Beach which is awarded one of the best in the Algarve. Paddle in the Ria Formosa, take trips to secret islands, swim in calm shallow waters then return 'home' and make use of the outside kitchen and bread oven and dine under a star filled sky.

Location, location, location.....those three famous words. Couple these with high standards, quality furnishings, Egyptian cotton linen and towels and everything else you would expect from 5 star accommodation. The layout of the villa depicts 4 en suite bedrooms, a newly designed and installed kitchen and breakfast room, a lounge with flat screen television and dvd player with satellite channels.

The villa is nestled in its own private grounds complete with landscaping and a beautiful pool which can be locked off if you have little ones..'
