In a old palace from XVII century, was born this apartment situated in a private condominium with garage.

Symbol of exclusivity and prestige this old palace, won in 1754 the name of Palácio dos Condes de Mesquitela. In 2008 it was restored and rebuilt with the obligation to keep the original building, giving it the current modernity. For 4 people, garage and private garden, you will be able to enjoy all this luxury in central Lisbon. In the heart of the historic capital, the palace is surrounded by the neighborhood of Santos, Largo de Camões, Bairro Alto and Chiado. Cable TV and WiFi are included with no extra charge. All bed linen and towels are also include.

Great place - convenient to everything.

Super nice place. No complaints about the place - included indoor parking was a real plus! Key pick-up across town was sub-optimal. We had a car which made it possible - but without a car not sure what we would have done - maybe they have other options - we did not ask. Check-out was a breeze!

Great apartment/area -lousy check-in, cheap host

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights the last week of May. The apartment is super- just like the photos, the building is very unique (former palace), high-end and quiet for such a busy neighborhood. The area is amazing. Two or so days prior to our arrival I was notified by the property manager that we had to pick up the keys at his office a 20 minute drive from the apartment. This was NOT mentioned in the VRBO ad. So, as we arrived in Lisbon, tired from travel, we had to take an Uber there, lug our luggage into his office to get the keys and then take another Uber to the apartment. The apartment building is large with many sections and it took us over 10 minutes of searching to find the unit (why didn't he give us a map?). This landlord is cheap; no dish soap, no dishwasher or washing machine pods (in my experience, most VRBO landlords leave some of each) no paper towel and NO TOILETTE PAPER. The lack of TP was an error and the property manager (who was a nice man) came over to bring some to us but we had already left to buy it (luckily stores were still open). This was a very impersonal and inconvenient experience- thus our 3/5 rating.
