Loved It

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week long stay. The beds were comfy and the view was beautiful. We ate breakfast every morning on the deck. Easy access to the beach with quick elevators. We enjoyed long walks south past the airport during low tide where there are no hotels. All the appliances worked well and getting water at the bar/restaurant was easy. There are carts to carry the bottles by the elevators. The bus to the malacon was 30 minutes. The walk to the grocery store Soriana was 20 min and had everything you’d need. We did not feel the need to rent a car for the week we were there. There were enough restaurants at the near by marina to keep us happy. The pool was very cool when we were there so we spent more time in the ocean which was warmer. We appreciated access to the cleaning supplies as well as the basic such as spices, soap, detergent, garbage bags etc all making our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Nice property

The grounds of the Bay View Grand is beautiful. The unit is a little worn but nice! Amazing pools and views.

Excellent Value

Property is dated but in excellent shape. Pool and grounds are well maintained. Close to the Marina with good restaurants. Has a good food and bar service, with pool service.

Wonderful place to stay! BVG is the perfect place to stay!

We bought these property in 2014, we used to go to PV several times per year (always at Hotel & Resorts& after see different places we decide for BVG because was the most complete place, we have everything there & a great location, these is definitely the best investment I ever made, we love it, & we hope you enjoy it as much as we do every time we are here.

Great Location Grocery store, Medical Services, Mall, Cinema nearby, walking distance to the Marina & 10 min drive from El Malecon, If you decide to stay at the property you'll be confortable all the time all the seasons, never is to crowded. One of the safest parts of PV.
