About this property

An elegant establishment located in the historic center of Alassio, with a wonderful view of the famous gut, just 20 meters from the sea, in a typical Ligurian house, the first floor with no elevator. Good finishes, equipped with all accessories: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, gas five-burner stove, wardrobe, central heating, air conditioning. The daily rate includes all utilities: electricity, gas and water. At 40 meters from the apartment there are parking spaces for a fee, while within 50/100 meters there are various free or paid parking guarded and covered. Convenient services and shops. Compulsory final cleaning € 70.00 not included in the fee.
Towels and sheets are provided on request for € 12.00 per person.

Urlaub in Alassio

Die Wohnung ist super, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist sensationell, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können hinzu gebucht werden. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist das mit dem Parkplatz, die kostenlosen sind ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.

In general good with little room for improvement

In general good, nearly everything was as expected. In the kitchen we missed a water boiler, toaster and coffee machine for filter coffee. To be fair I need to say it is not usual in that region to drink filtered coffee. Apart from that, the chimney of the gas powered water heater leads to the outside through a bedroom behind a wodden wall. Everytime someone had a shower it smelled a bit like gas. I told the landlord and he only said that's normal. But I assume that the chimney has a leakage. It is not risky, but annoying because you need to leave the window open while and after showering to get the smell out of the room.

Vacanzina ad Alassio

Ottima struttura, elegante, luminosa, accessoriata, con splendida vista sul carruggio e vicina alla spiaggia. Per noi, tre adulti e due bimbi, anche troppo grande e poco sfruttata causa brevità del periodo vacanziero. Infelice la scala d'accesso per chi avesse qualche difficoltà nella deambulazione, ma pienamente consigliata.

Bella vacanza

Io e la mia famiglia (4 figli) abbiamo trascorso il nostro soggiorno in modo molto confortevole, l'appartamento era pulito, ben accessoriato e in posizione eccellente per chi vuole vivere il"centro" del paese, esperienza che noi cerchiamo in quanto viviamo in campagna e lontano da tutto. Quindi un po al contrario di tanti cerchiamo posti centrali come questo per trascorre dei giorni "diversi" sopratutto per i miei figli che sono stati loberi di muoversi tra spiaggia e vicoli. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura. Giovan Battista e famiglia.

Bella vacanza

La struttura si presenta esternamente in modo piuttosto trasandato, ma all’interno l’appartamento è davvero molto bello. Ampia metratura, molte soluzioni per pernottare, alta qualità negli arredi. Qualche piccola manutenzione in cucina e soprattutto l’attivazione di WiFi renderebbe la casa ancora più accogliente e funzionale. Giudizio complessivo molto positivo!
