A south facing apartment, located in the Spirit de Mojacar urbanization. The urbanization is very well maintained with gardens, swimming pool and community Jacuzzi. The apartment is located on the first floor with views of the pool from the terrace. The apartment contains a bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom, a large living / dining room, and an equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning that comes out in the living room and in the bedroom. The urbanization is 400m from the Lance beach in Mojacar Playa and has many restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

Poca limpieza

El apartamento estaba condicionado con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, desde microondas hasta lavavajillas. Lo malo, que podrían tener más limpieza. Los cojines y almohada sin funda y amarillos de no haberlos lavado, las toallas de baño con un olor peculiar. El sofá y el sillón no se han limpiado en años.... Los utensilios de la cocina (sartenes y demás) con restos de comida. Los productos de limpieza son escasos.. .solo hay un culin de la botella de fairy
