Has a main bedroom where you'll find a bed of 190cm x 150cm and a fantastic wardrobe, as well as two comfortable bedside tables to be able to read quietly. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony of this brightly room.
- In the living room boasts a beautifully bed sofa, you can invite a couple of friends so will be an ideal apartment for 4 persons, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi (optional). From the living room you have acces to the same balcony.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, home appliances, kitchenware and incorporated into the living room by a breakfast bar ideal for a snack on it. It has all you need for a great stay.

Una estancia excepcional

El apartamento es exactamente lo que se detalla en la información. Trato excepcional de Antonio (Summerland Apartaments) tanto antes de la llegada, como durante la misma estancia. Al apartamento no le falta ningún detalle, cocina completa, armario grande, zapatero, mesillas, luces, ventiladores de techo, tv (con un sistema muy ingenioso para poder verla desde el sofá o la cama, al igual que ingeniosa la "separación de habitación/comedor), wifi, está todo en perfecto estado y muy limpio (horno, por poner algo, es lo único que no tenía). Excepcional situación del apartamento, no tardas ni tres minutos en llegar a la playa, muy cerca de una de las mejoras zonas de Rota en cuanto a Restaurantes, Heladerías, etc. Posee plaza de garaje, IMPRESCINDIBLE para la zona donde está situado. Volveremos a repetir, en este apartamento o en otro de la empresa, todo muy profesional a la vez que cercano. Enhorabuena y gracias por hacernos pasar unas buenas vacaciones.
