A lovely 4 bedroom detached villa with the private pool and garden. The 3 storey villa has 4 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, Each floor has patio/terrace. The bathrooms are equipped with a bath and a shower cabin. A spacious garden along with a private pool is a great complement to your holidays. In every rooms air-cons, private garden and private pool and parking.
This Villa is situated between the 2 villages Kadriye and Belek. Both villages are at 3 km and you find bars restaurants and lots of little shops.
The villa is close to all 14 golf courses in Belek. All golf courses within a 7 minute drive.
Belek and Kadriye have newly build beach parks where you find bars and restaurants, water sport facilities and off course sun beds and umbrellas for rent.
The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. All villas have a private swimming pool (8x4 meters), a garden, a patio area, several balconies, panoramic views. If you have a car there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay for the you used.

Needs Updating

Showers were old and falling apart,needs new toilets as they were all in bad condition.Microwave and toaster very old..The Villa needs updating.Kerim property manager was great, all ways there to help 24 hours a day and nothing was was to much for him.I would return to Paridise Villas but not stay at this one again..

Excellent villa with a good size private pool

Good clean with a good size private pool and secure villa but property does not have basic things like soap, washing powder washing up liquid.Location good as local grocery shop and few eating/cafes places walking distance however main mall/restaurants and town centre 5 mins taxi/car ride. Host Kerim was good with communication, organising transportation and getting things done. Overall excellent place to stay.

- Sehr gehobene Gegend und Top Ausstattung, - Die 4 Bett Villa hatte in Wirklichkeit 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, - Jeder Raum war klimatisiert - großes Wohnzimmer, großer Essbereich, voll ausgestattete Küche, 3 Badezimmer, 2 Balkone, riesen Terasse, Whirlpool, Aussenpool mit viel Freifläche und Liegen für 8 Personen, sehr gepflegter Garten, eigenem Poolservice, der jeden morgen gereinigt und geprüft wurde, - Carport vor dem Haus für 2 Fahrzeuge und vieles vieles mehr. - Der verantwortliche Veranstalter/ Herr Durmaz war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - Sehr ruhige und extrem gehobene Lage mit eigenem 24 Stunden Wachschutz Zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: Laut Vereinbarung hätten wir erst ab Nachmittag 13:00 Uhr die Villa beziehen können. Da wir uns in der Gegend nicht auskannten, hatten wir den Herrn Durmaz gegen 07:00 Uhr kontaktiert. Er hat sich freiwillig und ohne Aufforderung dazu bereit erklärt, uns abzuholen. Ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand oder Mehrkosten durften wir die Villa gegen 07:30 Uhr beziehen. In regelmäßigen Abständen hat man uns nach weiterern Wünschen gefragt, tolle Tipps für günstige und gute Restaurants gegeben, Sehenswürdigkeiten beschrieben etc.. Antalya, the gateway to the region which is referred to as the ` Turkish Riviera ' is an attractive city with a prize winning marina and a picturesque old quarter.
The villa lies between the two towns of Belek & Kadriye where there are many restaurants and bars to make the choice difficult but interesting to savour the delights of Turkish cuisine. Golf has become a huge investment for the area with more that 12 courses and to help our holiday makers we offer a service to arrange and book the golf via our employee who is a member at the National.

What makes this property unique

Paradise Town Villa Hazel; 25 minutes drive from Antalya airport, 5 minutes' drive from the beach. Long sandy beach and the beach; food, drinks and water sports facilities. 5 minutes walk from the Villa supermarket, bars and cafes is active throughout the year. Belek town center is 3 km east of the villa, and 3 km west Kadriye town center offers shopping facilities. Public transport and taxis are constantly very active, car hire is recommended.

This villa is private parking. There is a large living room and veranda. Open kitchen between living room and patio is very useful. The kitchen is equipped to be enough for your daily needs.

All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort heating and cooling featured. All windows are double glazed and louvered. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of them are ensuite.
Paradise Town Villa Hazel always has a clean private pool and 6-loungers and parasols. The pool is outside so as not to be seen through the fence around 2 meters in height.

Hazel Villa Paradise is located in the well-maintained facility with Eksioglu Paradise Town. Site 24-hour security, offers tennis and fitness facilities.
