This house is divided in two vertically with a housing for 4/7 people and on the other a housing for 6/11 people (in this case, see ad 1800832)

The accommodation for 4 to 7 people comprises on level +1 a mezzanine with a bed; on level 0: a living room of 20m² with access to the balcony terrace of 20m², a bedroom; on level -1: a large bedroom with a large bed and two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, an independent wc, a storeroom for your belongings giving access to a 30m² terrace. The levels are secured by gates closing with a lock (for young children).

The house is a construction of 2008, new and very functional, located in a quiet, residential area with a southern exposure with mountain views.
