About this property

Beautiful stone built house in the traditional style of the Dordogne, with a floor area of 200 m2 “La Maine” provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. Outside there is a garden of 5000 m2 with parking and a private swimming pool,
Situated in a small and quiet hamlet at 200m altitude with nice views of the surrounding countryside (4 km from the village of LE BUGUE)
The pool has sun all day and the main facade of the house looks out on the garden.
Perfect lighting in the lounge and dining room with beautiful rustic furniture and beautiful paintings on canvas. Kitchen fully furnished.
Broadband internet. Large screen television.
One terrace is south facing, the other more peaceful profits from the setting sun.
4 bedrooms each with a space toilet, all well decorated and equipped with either bath or shower and sink, or toilet with sink.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de bonheur, des fruits, un belle maison bien entretenue et en même temps pas fragile ni trop précieuse pour les enfants. Seul hic, le plan nous indiquait une distance de 300m de la Vézère alors que la maison est à 4 km du centre dans les hauteurs... dommage pour un pêcheur et la propriété n’est pas close donc attention au enfants qui peuvent accéder à la route (très peu passante) ;-) Le reste parfait et la fille du propriétaire très disponible pendant notre séjour. Merci pour ce beau et bon moment ;-)

Exactement ce que nous cherchions

Ce séjour et la maison du Maine correspondent exactement à ce que nous cherchions ! Retrouver notre famille et partager un moment ! La maison du Maine nous a offert tout cela et Monsieur Noël et sa fille Virginie ont très largement participe a cet.excellent séjour par leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité !

La maison est jolie et agréable perdue dans un tout petit hameau de trois ou quatre maisons.

On peut regretter que la maison soit un peu sombre, qu'il n'y ait pas un vrai petit coin sympa dehors pour fargnienter dehors ! Regretter aussi que la piscine soit si froide. Mais le propriétaire est chaleureux et la région superbe... Nous sommes très contents de cette étape !
