Situated on the edge of Mazan, the house is close to, but well screened from, a road leading into the village meaning there is easy access to nearby amenities. It is a convenient 5 mins walk to the supermarket and 10 mins walk to village centre. Mazan village has shops and a variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The local area has many attractions within an easy 15-30 minute drive; markets, gorges, outdoor swimming, cycle hire, adventure tree zone, caneoing, historic sites. Convenient local bus stop for Carpentras and Avignon.

The house has 3 bedrooms, each with en suite showers. There is an open plan lounge-dining-kitchen. One of the double bedrooms is an adjoining and self contained annex with it's own private terrace. In summer outdoor living is a must and there is an outdoor dining table and sun loungers and chairs near the house and pool. The pool is a good sized 10 x 4m with steps for ease of getting in. There is a fence around the pool for the security of young children.

There is WiFi and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs.

Bedlinen, towels and pool towels are provided. Non smokers. No dogs.
