Soberly furnished, it consists of 3 large bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, patio, small garden and 2 parking spaces, with capacity for up to 6 people. It is located in the young and central city of Lagoa, 7 km from the center of Ponta Delgada, 600 meters from the natural pools and 2 km from the beaches (Praia do Pópulo and Praia das Milícias). It is located 5 minutes walk from restaurants and supermarket / bar.
