Sterling Beach is one of the newest and most luxurious Gulf-front resorts in Emerald Coast. It is located on Thomas Drive - the upscale and family-friendly east end of Panama City Beach by St.Andrews State Park (2 miles). Sterling Beach enjoys over 300 feet of beachfront.

This luxurious 2BR/2BA unit is located directly overlooking the beach located on the 7th floor. The floor plan offers 1,450 sqft of space and 10' ceilings. It boasts expansive views of the beach and pool as well as its oversized private balcony.

This luxury 5-star condo with open concept kitchen into the living room features a 55 inch flat screen TV.
The unit comfortably sleeps 6 – 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. “ Free WiFi”

We have purchased beach service this year for our guest enjoyment.

The front master suit overlooks the Gulf and opens to the balcony. It is furnished with a king bed and flat screen TV. This master suite has a walk-in closet and an oversized private bathroom with tub, large walk-in shower with bench, and double sinks.

The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen beds and adjoins the hall bathroom making it its own private bathroom, if desired.

Owners strongly recommend looking into Trip Insurance that covers COVID and other things your family may need as we have Strict Cancellation policy. VBRO offers a Travel Insurance Policy or you can look for one that offers Cancel for any Reason Opinion.

Very spacious Condo!

We loved how spacious this condo was! We loved how big the balcony was and I enjoyed reading on the lounge chair. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There were no seasonings like salt/pepper for cooking; so I would recommend buying any seasonings that you will need for your stay. We loved that this condo came with beach service! Michael was so helpful and friendly, always moving our umbrella for us depending on the sun. You do need to go down to the beach and reserve your spot for your entire stay- so do that right when you get to condo (just give your room #). Once spot is reserved, you don't have to worry about getting up early to get your spot on the beach as they are already set up for you :) The condo was very quiet and residents were friendly. Pool area was very nice and heated. Surrounding area was a little run down, however, if you are planning on staying at the beach most of the time it's perfect because its more quiet. Lots of things for kids to do nearby. Highly recommend this condo for the cleanliness, size, amenities and best of all the BEACH!

Lovely property in a great location. Beach wasn’t overly crowded. Condo well stocked with kitchen amenities. Would definitely choose again.

The condo was above our expectations. It was beautiful and clean. The view of the gulf and pool was spectacular. It was a perfect get-a-way for us!
