It is in a quiet area with all necessary services. The floor is a 4th, but no lift, although it is enjoyable to climb.

Para repetir

Casa muy acogedora y con unas vistas fantásticas a la bahía y a Peñacabarga. Los propietarios muy amables. El piso está provisto de todo lo necesario. Muy próximo a él hay supermercados, farmacias, paradas de autobús y un fonicular que te deja en pleno centro de Santander en 5 minutos. Desde luego que repetiriamos sin duda!!

El apartamento es mucho mejor de lo que nos esperabamos. Limpio, bien equipado y situado. Enrique, es muy amable. Gracias! Gorąco polecamy! Mieszkanie usytuowane jest w dobrej i spokojnej okolicy (kilka minut pieszo do centrum) i w dobrej cenie. Wszystko czyste i zadbane. Idealne na wypad do Santander i okolic. Dziękujemy Enrique! The apartment is exactly as described. Very cozy, with everything what you need for a comfortable and good stay. Thank you Enrique!

appartement très bien situé

L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble assez ancien et dans un environnement d'immeubles collectifs assez modeste . Il est par contre très bien placé (le centre ville est accessible en quelques minutes par un funiculaire).Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il est important à savoir qu'il n'est cependant équipé que de radiateurs électriques. Nous nous sommes trouvés en décembre en location dans cet appartement pendant une très forte tempête. Nous n'avons pas eu très chaud et le compteur electrique n'était pas assez puissant pour supporter notre demande de chauffage simultanément à l'utilisation des plaques électriques en cuisine ainsi que du cumulus de la douche. Le propriétaire est d'un contact très sympathique.
